The familiar coffee bean is actually the seed of the coffee cherry, a fruit that grows in tropical and subtropical regions where conditions are just right. When possible, we use Rainforest Alliance Certified coffee beans grown by farmers and processors who use sustainable practices.

We work with two local roasters to create extraordinary coffees available exclusively at Wild Joe*s. Red Bird Coffee, located just a few miles from our downtown shop, crafts our espresso and house blend.

Little Red Wagon, our single origin coffee roaster, is even closer. In fact, they work out of our back room. There you can taste, cup and learn more about coffee and roasting.

Watch our friendly baristas "pulling shots." They're well trained at creating drinks that bring the best out of the bean. The combination of high quality coffee, careful blending, precise roasting and consistent preparation make our drinks consistently excellent.

See our hot drink menu here.

Live music at Wild Joe*s is an eclectic mix of favorite local and up-and-coming touring musicians. Admission is usually cover-free.
