Nate Sheffield
Hi there, I'm Nate, Climber, mountaineer, backcountry hunter, skiier, angler, backpacker, lover of all things outdoors, and photographer. I have been doing photography since I was about 16 years old, shooting everything from weddings to senior portraits, but my love for the medium (and life) truly blossomed as i began to use my photos as an excuse to go hiking. Photography gave my time outdoors a purpose. Now as my passion for the mountains has grown, my photography has followed me along the way. Be it deep backcountry excursions, hiking and skiing the most rugged peaks I can find, the pursuit of wild game to fill my freezer, landing fish in high alpine lakes, or just a weekend road trip, I do it all with my camera at my side in an attempt to do the real thing some justice for your enjoyment.
